Being a veterinarian is primarily focused on providing animals with excellent medical care. However, I believe that it is important to provide care for their owners as well. Regardless of meeting a client once or working with their pet over a number of years, it is my objective to ensure the client feels comfortable and cared for. I work to involve the owner in the decisions regarding their pet's care, and make sure they are educated on what diagnostics and treatments are recommended and why. A relationship built on trust is a win for the doctor, client, and most of all the patient.
